who said,that they are Afghans?

I saw the article about so called Afghans refugee in Lombok. I don't know, who said to you ,that they are Afghans. they can be from Afghanistan.they were living there, but they are not Afghans. they are from Mongoli.no one will ever accept them as Afghans. you can call them mongols lived in Afghanistan.
