An Opportunity for Bangladesh

This could be the long-awaited opportunity for Bangladesh to make some much needed reforms to put the country on the path to stability and prosperity. Bangladesh consitution itself needs reform as it has proven to be weak - a parliament with two houses would be most appropriate. Also needed is immediate separation of Executive branch and Judiciary which past governements refused to do.
