Bliss Is Being Ignored By U.S.

Emily, wake up...the old axiom applies as it relates to Hugo, 'absolute power corrupts absolutely'. Right idea but the wrong approach. There is no such thing as a "benevolent dictator". 
 
I agree that S.A. is better off without the U.S. sticking it's nose into everything, but the countries down here can not just now turn their backs on their big neighbor to the north. Everyone needs each other, they just have to find a balance of sorts. 
 
Chavez, Morales, et al and their approach is not that balance.
