I think Dr. Sachs question is valid. He does not say we must be like those, what he asks is: Are we any different from other alternative news sites? 
 
That is very good question.  
 
You pointed one issue in response which is our open comment policy by allowing everyone to express their views however unpleasant for us. 
 
Maybe it is the effect of alternative media on mainstream but now days even Washington Times and some of others have comment boxes.
