Could Article 209 and 11 of the constitution be called a fiasco and need amendment through parliament? New pakistan is a strong going democracy. Lawyers in pakistan arev struggling in the same manner as they did with British before independnce between 1930 to 1947. I am sure that the lawyers of Pakistan will prove that they believe in Rule of Law and ways to uphold it
