The only way we Canadians will eventually resolve this issue will be when it arrives in the Supreme Court of Canada some day. Right now, the American government is so extremist and criminal, and Stephen Harper is so clearly Bush-lite by inclination, that we can probably safely assume that merely authoring this kind of article will make us suspect. Read (even just percieved) leftist = bad. How sad, stupid and wasteful these two governments are right now. Canada, come to your senses, please!
