The conversion of Saint John

Shame on you, Greg. I was all ready to defend my man, John Perkins, but you cleverly turned a bitter attack into a commendation for a man who admittedly performed evil tasks for evil men, but has spent the last couple of decades trying to undo the evil that he helped create.  
 
Perhaps Perkins\' St. Paul-like conversion from evil-doer to fighter of evil is more effective than a whole pile of liberal do-gooders like me marching in front of corporate headquarters.  
 
Certainly his two books have opened more minds to the \"whited sepulchres\" that lead our government and corporations than most other individuals could do in a lifetime. 
 
Still, I can\'t complete this comment without saying that you, Greg, and a very few others in the field of journalism today must be recognized as doing their jobs with the kind of hard-hitting investigative reporting that we seldom see from the dreadful \"mainstream media\".  
 
With people like you and John Perkins on the same side, it gives me a greater hope that one day the scum who defile nature and betray humanity throughout the world will be stopped.
