Honest opinions different on questions like costs and deaths. I tend towards the higher costs and definitely towards higher death counts than IBC. However, it\'s important to respect differences of opinion.But the numbers are high enough that one can safely say that for the cash that Iraq will cost the US Government, it could have provided clean drinking water to enough poor people to save a million lives a year. Exact numbers are not as important as realizing what the opportunity costs have been.
