Blum: US #1 "Rogue State"

Readers of this thread should read the latest edition of William Blum's excellent "Rogue State". This is a very imperfect world but the US is the world's #1 terrorist state and #1 rogue state - it has an appalling record of subverting democracy, overthrowing governments, supporting civil wars, invading, occupying, holocaust and genocide. 
 
The shocking events catalogued by William Blum come at an awful cost - the 1950-2005 excess deaths in countries for which the US was a major occupier in the post-war era total 82 million (see "Body Count. Global avoidable mortality since 1950", G.M. Polya, Melbourne, 2007; see link provided below for details).  
 
However this carnage will be dwarfed by the US-complicit climate genocide this century. The US is the world's standout Kyoto non-signatory, and the world's #1 CO2 polluter (and hence the World's #1 climate terrorist, climate criminal and climate genocidal state).  
 
Unaddressed CO2 pollution is set to kill over 6 billion people (mostly in the Developing World) in the coming century according to top climate change expert Professor James Lovelock FRS:
