Whacked

I befriended an Australian gunner, who had just completed a tour in Vietnam with a field battery unit alongside the First RAR. (Not known as a bunch of girls!). They had come to Singapore for about a year I think, that\'s where I was. When they were due to go back to Vietnam, the C.O. held a parade and addressed, his men, and told them, \"we\'ve had are arses kicked over there, and it\'s official we are not going back\", that was 1970. 
I heard that rubbish by Bush, is he smoking \'whacky backy\'?
