The Mob.

This whole episode, to me is like the entrance to a small Sicilian town, of a ' Big Mafia Don ', complete with his fixers, and number one enforcer, (Dr.Death), to check out his Empire. The town dignitaries, and businessmen, bow and scrape before him with hate and fear in their hearts,(who dare stand up to him?) The ordinary folk just stand and stare, 
many with loathing in their soul.
