Comment in question 19-09-2007 00:29 I did not say that one race is superior to another, merely that there are genetic differences and consequently some differences in behaviour between races. In spite of these differences we must find the best common law for all people living within the same geographical territory, as it is impossible to have a just society whithout a common law. The UN resolution is a move away from justice and a common law , and has rightly been refused by the New Zealand government. Many indigenous people in New Zealand are against the UN resolution. A further point is that New Zealand has the right of self government and bowing to the will of the UN would reduce that right, and thus by default the rights of all New Zealand citizens, I am very glad that the government has stood firm on this issue.
