I have heard this...

But, according to info I have always heard, the Palestanians only have the supplies they have, because of the Isreali good nature.  
 
In other words, the people of Palestine have historically lived in substandard living situations. Isael comes to a particular region, and those people living there benifit because Israel shares their technology. 
 
Therefore, I think it is important that reporters capture the bias against Palestinians by comparisions, moreso.
