Comment in question 06-10-2007 23:13 "When One Extends A Hand, Watch Out For In every society of the world, some members of that society enevitably decide to make a move, away from their families, away from their friends and sometimes away from their governments. In the United States, this migration trend remains very true, but its not used much at all at this time, like our ansestors did while treaking here to this country years ago. A safe bet, right now indeed, would be for the middle and lower class, the largest portion of tax feeders, to pack up as suggested, and get the H E double hockey sticks away to anywhere with a socialized system with anti-war themed leaders. To this I might ad... \"Where shall we go\"? I would go to Austrailia as my first choice. \"Down under\" as they say down there. I would make best friends with a kangaroo, live next to the ocean and eat fresh caught fish most everyday, that I could myself and reel them in for even more pleasure. I would work hard as I do here, and my efforts would be better for me in person, as that country still has a fundementally sound reward system, and still worth working with hard efforts. The only problem is that THEY don\'t want me. Unless I contribute several jobs upon arrival, bring more then 100k in assets to a regional bank on a government provided list, and have many other forms filled out in triplicate, that will assure that I would never be a burden to their way of life, I cannot be an Austrailian citizen. Hey !!! Thats a pretty good way of keeping out the undesired, isn\'t it? That is exactly what this U.S. government is dealing with now. Undesired, illegal, uneducated, many criminal, and broke border bounders. If I could get away to Aussy land, to chow down on barrier bass that I bought or caught, to breath fresh air not poluteted from an over crowding of non-tax paying refugees, the one person that I would NOT want following me there IS George Bush, our infamous leader of our so called \"free world\". GB, for short I might add, is not a friend of mine at all. I agree on all the facts that you wrote, and also with many other lies others have written about, in that above all, GB should be in prison for war crimes against the people of the country that \"elected\" him. Again, useing that term \"elected\" very loosely, GB should be spreading asphalt on a much needed new interstate highway system, as well as a much needed old way of punishing, to bring back the institution of hard labor we once had for criminals, some of whom had came into this country illegally. Our government, I will agree, that this country, that has this vast array of problems and issues, that he and his cabinet, his friends, his family and his appointees, have dishonetly helped to create this dreaded situation, has just begun. But I still would hate to think of him buying a gallon of milk next to me in the same country as I just re-located to. I believe that, we, as Americans, believe most everything about our President we read that is good, is true. And that the bad words we read, are just simply false. We are such a mass population of lemmings after all, look at the lack of a willingness to change things, and the saying that \"the bigger the lie, the more people will believe it\" holds oh so true for this nation of rodent like creatures. I am a proud citizen of this country where I was born, my father was born, his father and his father before him, but looking into a mirror, I do know the difference between the truth and a lie, and our President is a lier. Over and over and over again and to millions of blinder wearing leashed animals, GB is by far, the worst top man in office that we have ever \"elected\". Again, thats a loose word, \"elected\", and in the south, some translate it to noose. Lets be silent no more, lets speak out to each other so we may right these wrongs and elect a new party all together and one to itself. Elect a new party of honesty and integrity that we once had and held accountable with a checks and balance system that worked when applied. I procliam all new candidates must speak with a polygraph attached to their arm and to their fingers. When they speak to the public, all at once, all at a time during a day when we can ALL hear them, and at a regular interval, we will ALL know the truth from the start. It may be somewhat awkward, but at least we\'ll hear facts and not fiction. What a concept! Anyone that stands up against anyone else that has waged personal wars based on personal gain, such as GB, is O.K. in my book and is a person worthy of my vote. My hats off to you to Sir, for such an honest approach in journalizm as well. Lets hope our type of thinking is none to late and not of the few in numbers, and the new \"rat pack\" of the 2000 brainiac boomers such as we, can and will make a difference. Always Respectful, Steven C Griffin Jackson, GA Guest |
