You are right except that Bush might be in the position to destroy the earth if allowed to go unfettered and start wars with Iran etc. The Koreans seemed to be able to get accomplished what our State Department was unable to do with North Korea. It is definitely time for a change and I fear that Bush, in his arrogance, along with Cheney will go ahead with their plans in spite of Congress. Our government is out of control and change cannot happen too soon. God Bless the World (whichever one you believe in).
