First_ Wikipeida is not a Bible. It is an open source information site which any members can modify and edit the content or add anything that is not 100% accurate. 
 
Second- Your question was not how many people, but more the rights of people. Which in Lebanon is protected.  
 
We could not say the same about Arabs and Christians in Israel and this is according to Israel own human rights group. 
 
Nonetheless not even one country on the planet that currently Jewish people live in refugee camps.
