It is true that people from small minded socialist places will have small self images = personally AND collectively - and your politics are all based on feelings. 
TELL ME - how numb to, and in denial of, your own chains brought by socialism are you? 
Why have you in Europe not seen through the evil E.U that is just the first of the collectives that are to make the "citizens of the world" as you so like to think of yourselves, more manageable by the coming World Government? 
For those of you who obviously don't know how to thank us, I offer,"You are welcome." 
Keep looking the world's gifthorse in the mouth and you will fulfill your own prophecy. 
It is what you make of it.You ought to be extremely grateful. 
But that would take true intelligence.
