Dawkins VS US state terrorism

My article summarizes the state of affairs in which US state terrorism has turned back the clock on Man's attempts to overcome barbarism and to overcome learned and genetically hard-wired animal instincts.  
 
Indeed for a quick assessment of the magnitude of the crimes of this New Barbarism a simple check with UNICEF (UNICEF infant death stats will tell you that 500,000 under-5 year old infants die each year in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories - that's ONE INFANT DEATH EVERY MINUTE, 90% avoidable and due to horrendous and sustained US, UK, Australian, NATO and US Alliance war crimes. 
 
How do we describe this New Barbarism? Democratic imperialism (their term)? Democratic tyranny? Democratic Nazism? 
 
We must still cling to the dream stated by Professor Richard Dawkins (Oxford University) in the last few sentences of his seminal book “The Selfish Gene” (Oxford University Press, Oxford, 1976; p213): "We have the power to defy the selfish genes of our birth and, if necessary, the selfish memes of our indoctrination. We can even discuss ways of deliberately cultivating and nurturing pure, disinterested altruism - something that has no place in nature, something that has never existed before in the whole history of the world. We are built as gene machines and cultured as meme machines, but we have the power to turn against our creators. We, alone on earth, can rebel against the tyranny of the selfish replicators."
