Better to treat the causes of drug abuse...ALL drug abuse including legal drugs. 
 
So what's the difference between smoking a joint, popping a Zoloft, 
drinking a beer or smoking a cigarette? 
 
Except for the hypocritical "war on drugs" that is.  
 
And isn't it nice how those "legal" drug companies, who are huge Republican  
supporters, are allowed to "push" their drugs on TV.  
 
The real question is....what is it about our society that drives many to have  
to escape through chemical means?
