I don't like Bush, but no he would never do that, and Israel people know that you can not keep anything a secret, no they would not be that dumb. 911 would of never happened if Papa Bush had not put troops in Saudia Arabia. Bin Laden was a nobody and had few followers and very little money. When Papa Bush put troops in Saudia Arabia Bin Laden called for a Jihad against America to drive us out of their holy land, Saudia Arabia.
