Whether President Cossiga was being \"ironic\" or not should be substantiated - and then, of course, such substantiation should also be substantiated as not \"ironic\".  
 
Further, whether he was being \"ironic\" or not, the presence of unexploded nanothermite high explosive in all samples of the WTC dust examined by Professor Niels Harrit (Chemistry Department, 8-Nobel-Laureate University of Copenhagen) and his colleagues certainly substantiates the \"WTC explosive demolition\" hypothesis and directly implicates the US in the atrocity (very likely with the involvement of its \"dirty tricks\" surrogate Apartheid Israel) (see Is US responsible for 9-11 atrocity?
