US child killing getting too costly

Thanks Ben for the comments and the cartoons! Your wish may well be realized as (point #5 in the article) the dollar continues to plummet and it becomes more and more expensive for proto-Nazi Bush America to mass murder Asian children.  
 
Thus the US dollar has now lost more than a third of its value (down 35%) against a basket of major currencies since February 2002; the USD has lost 12.5% of its value in the last year, 3.5% in the last month, and 1.5% in the LAST WEEK ALONE (see:dollar plummets). 
 
The dollar decline graph in the above link has great cartooning possibilities (sick Uncle Sam?)
