Mr. Fox News

You forget that the Wall Street Journal is owned by Mr. FOX News himself, Rupert Murdock. 
 
He obviously has a certain distaste for Dr. Paul as shown in his treatment in the recent SC debates and treatment while on interviews with FOX affiliates. It's really not that hard to see that this is just another pot shot at Dr. Paul. And if you're smart enough to pick up this paper, you should be smart enough to know that.
