So the Tasmanian Genocide (6,000 to zero \"full bloods\" in 73 years, and the Australian Aboriginal Genoicde (1 million to 0.1 million in 1 century) \"aw, shucks, just happened\"? As detailed in the article it happened because of invasion, occupation, dispossession, deprivation, introduced disease and massacre. 
 
Anyone who says \"aw, shucks, it just happened\" about the Jewish Holocaust goes to jail for 10 years in Austria for Holocaust denial. 
 
The problem with White Australia is the remorseless lying by omission and commission of the racist, lying, holocaust-ignoring, Pacman-dominated Mainstream media and politicians. 
 
To be fair to \"average, ordinary Australians\" they mostly simply don\'t know because lying media and politicians simply won\'t report. Australia is indeed a Land of Lies and Flies. 
 
It is the cowardly, racist, lying media and politicians of Australia that enable White Australians - when apprised of the facts - to say with some legitimacy, like ordinary Germans in 1945, that \"we didn\'t know\".  
 
I won\'t repeat the awful statistics in the article (9,000 annual avoidable Indigenous deaths etc in one of the richest countries on earth) - but they derive from the best available medical literature.  
 
In the middle of 2007 the National Indigenous Times reported on the appalling circumstances of Indigenous Australians - READ IT: The Awful Truth about Indigenous Deaths. 
 
And as for suspension of the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act, just take it from ME - married to a non-Indigenous Black Australian (whose grandparents were all 20th century SLAVES of racist White Australians in the sugar cane) and having had most of my relatives murdered by the Nazis - that the message from the Holocaust, the Aboriginal Genocide, the Iraqi Genocide, the Afghan Genocide, the Palestinian genocide, indeed ALL Genocides is ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RACISM - whether the racism of the Australian Blackbirders (slave traders), Aussie cane field overseers (a dear friend remembers the whip marks on her mother\'s back), the Nazis, the neo-Nazis, the KKK, the Racist Bush-ites, the Racist neo-Bush-ites, the Racist Zionists etc etc.

Decent readers of this thread - there must be zero tolerance for racism. Tolerance of \"politicaly correct racism\" (PC racism) of \"good ole Aussies\" and their Anglo-American ilk has permitted 
the ongoing Aboriginal Genocide, the Iraqi Genocide, the ongoing Afghan Genocide and the looming Climate Genocide. 
 
Decent folk must act by (a) informing others, (b) sanctions and boycotts against all those complicit in racism and genocide.
