Kucinich was somewhaht taken aback when asked that scurrilous UFO question by Tim Russert. 
 
If he'd expected the question he could have shot right back: 
 
"Yes, I did see a UFO, and if I see another one that will even up the score with Ronald Reagan, who, as you must know, reported seeing two."
