While I don't fully support Musharraf, calling him a "brutal dictator" is a disservice to what he's done during his tenure which has laid the foundations for true democracy in Pakistan, and not the sham that was there before he arrived to the Presidency. After reading this article I felt the writer had no knowledge of Pakistani politics beyond the last few months of Musharraf's rule when he made bad decisions during difficult times. Even a ten minute read about the "democracy" that took place before Musharraf came to power would reveal just how ridiculous this article is.
