Israelis killing kids actively & passive

Excellent but very upsetting article - the world seems to have forgotten the unwritten code: \\\"thou shalt not kill children\\\" (see: Children of Lesser God. MWC News & Gideon Polya World #1 for \\\"thou shalt not kill children\\\". 
 
However the killing of Palestinian children by Racist Zionist-run Apartheid Israel occurs both VIOLENTLY (as shockingly described in the article) and NON-VIOLENTLY (through war criminal Israeli deprivation of life-sustaining requisites from its 4 million imprisoned Palestinian subjects). 
 
NON-VIOLENT excess under-5 year old deaths in the Occupied Palestinian Territory total 2,400 EACH YEAR; there are about 4,300 total NON-VIOLENT excess Occupied Palestinian deaths each year; there are about 700 VIOLENT Occupied Palestinian deaths each year, of whom about 130 are of Children.  
 
Post-invasion Occupied Palestinian Territory excess deaths total 0.3 million and post-invasion under-5 year old infant deaths total 0.2 million (see: We are all Palestinian. Apartheid Israel’s Gaza Concentration Camp & Palestinian Genocide).
