There is too much in this article that can be disputed. The US started the war in 1991. Estimates of the Iraqi civilian death toll have been well over 2 million. It's time for the US to pay reparations to the people of Iraq. All US troops AND paid contractors should be immediately removed from Iraq. There should be no US military base there.  
If the US wants to occupy a soveriegn nation, the people of that nation should be allowed to vote in US elections.  
NO OCCUPATION, WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.
