Wow
Wow, could you spin this any further to the left. You have Obama and Clinton pretty much lieing about McCain's remarks (not only on the hundred years, but also on the economy), and everyone seems to be not just OK with it, but commending them. This joker seems to be hearing only what he wants to hear and spinning it only in a way that will support his leftist view. Two things really tick me off about this guy's aurguements: First off when did Iraq become the entire Mideast? When McCain said "region," he could mean (and probably did) the Middle East? I think the middle of the Middle East would not be a bad place to have a striving captalist economy.

Second, I don't think McCain is contradicting himself when he says that he does not see the US maintaining the same milatary presents in Iraq as we do in South Korean (which he have to support because of the threats from the north). Could we have a troop reduction and still have a military presents in Iraq? Certainly!

Lastly do american no care about Iraq lives being lost? Of course we do, but they are building their nation. As Iraq's economy gets stronger, the radicals will have less young men and women willing to support them. That will translate into less Iraqi civilian deaths.
