Does this mean that the US is no longer following NATO precepts for belonging? 
 
Ukraine is, as time sits now, trying to get their interior department under control by disbanding their Interior Department Military sector. I was just reading about it in international news.  
 
May be NATO should kick the USA out until this martial law bit is rebuked and thrown out of our executive branch.
