No Electricity For California

So let me see if I get this: 
 
1. California doesn't want new fossil fueled plants.  
2. It doesn't have enough wind, solar, and storage to run its economy. 
3. You want to shut down operating nuke plants. 
 
I predict business will be leaving the state as electrical supplies in California approximate those of a third world country. I applaud this move by the people of California. Illinois can use all the help it can get. 
 
BTW Bussard Fusion Reactors can burn Deuterium or Boron 11. No need for Tritium.
