Comment in question 14-08-2008 16:47 Charge, Boycott US war criminals Outstanding humanitarian testament to a congressional Sub-committee by top legal expert Professor Marjorie Cohn over the crimes of the Bush Administration. Unfortunately America does not recognize the authority of the International Criminal Court over Americans and hence trial of Bush before the International Criminal Court (as recommended by 2005 Nobel laureate Harold Pinter: Art, Truth And Politics - 2005 Nobel prize Acceptance Speech by Harold Pinter) would have to occur in absentia. However continuing failure of the US to prosecute Americans domestically under US law for gross violations of national and international humanitarian law raises a major problem for America in relation to what little remains of American credibility and, more specifically, of American moral credibility in the World. The World must urgently take action through Sanctions and Boycotts against the evil, racist, warmongering, complicit Bush-ites, neo-Bush-ites and Zionists and indeed all those in the American Murdochracy who have become complicit in horrendous war crimes through failure to prosecute the war criminals - the post-invasion excess deaths in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories now total 2 million and 3-6 million, respectively (see MWC News: The Sounds of Silence, 2008 Olympic Hype. Holocaust & Genocide Denial). Would you buy soap made in Auschwitz? Guest |
