When are governments going to understand that when people of intellectual capability are placed in positions of authority that authority is inevitably going to be abused. Even worse, if these indivituals are uneducated and are from peasant backgrounds with under-developed social skills the abuse of authority is likely to manifest the the most base and violent of human instincts.
