Very clever trying to create an image of the US as some kind bleeding heart liberal/social country. 
There are many capitalist countries in the world with excellent social/medical systems, and I bet you know that! 
I have to pay a Medicare levy in my tax, even though I can afford the best of medical insurance, I am happy to do so as it helps those less fortunate than I,(a concept it appears is lost on the average US citizen). Most people in Australia accept Medicare as part of the social fabric. 
In the US 25% of the population have no medical insurance, whereas it is 0% in Australia. 
The citizens of this Land, are not subjected to 19th century propaganda that teaches its citizens callous indifference. 
The reason why the US is a social dinosaur, compared to most First World Countries, is that they don\'t wast their resources on illegal/immoral wars of empire spreading, (thus they can afford a social system). 
Heath care is a corporate racket in the US, and I bet you know that too.
