Black Hole of British History
It’s common practice in the US to thank our military for their service to the nation – in public venues or the media – particularly when referring to the enlisted ranks. Although appropriately done in years past – and I am thinking of the time when we had the military draft in place – that’s something that many of us now question in these empire-seeking days, often tainted by acts of military genocide.

In like manner, but infinitely more so, we should be thanking you, Dr. Polya, for the service to humanity you have provided, and continue to provide, in helping maintain awareness of the inhumanity men bestow on other men, regardless who bestows such inhumanity and who’s the recipient.

Thank you for the body of work you have amassed all these years on the optimal issue that affects humankind. I am proud to be your colleague at MWC News.
