Comment in question 21-10-2008 15:03 So you've abrogated for yourself the right to decide whether or not the candidate who wins an election should actually be allowed to hold office. Why bother holding elections, then? We'll just come to you, and you'll tell us who will hold public office and what our laws will be. Any other powers you'd like to have? How about we abolish the Supreme Court and make you the sole interpreter of the Constitution? After all, it's not democracy if you don't win. Guest |
