Comment in question 22-10-2008 18:02 I don't mean any offense, but this entire idea sounds to me like little more than a strange fantasy. I guess what you're saying is that we may as well go ahead and outlaw the entire Republican candidacy in this election. While I'm no fan of McCain myself, I don't find Obama any better. This is why I'm voting for Chuck Baldwin - one of the many third party candidates who you seem to be forgetting: If a win by mere default is in order, then Obama wouldn't necessarily have any more right to the presidency than any of the thirds or independants. In fact, he'd have less so, since his party, like the Republicans, has exclusive access to public funds than are denied to all the other parties. That amounts to at least several decades worth of stolen elections by BOTH of the two big parties, at both the state and federal levels. How does your "resistance" plan to address that? Guest |
