The writer admits that the insurgency in kashmir is fuelled by complicity of Pakistan and but at the same time he is against Indian effort to stem the violence and the effort to let peoples voice be heard by conducting election.Last Election in Kashmir was held under Independent observer and full glare of international media,which led to opposition party winning in the state ,while there was different party government at Delhi at that time.So International community should come forward and help in conductiong all inclussive ,free and fair election again in Kashmir and let the people voice prevail.
