Indoctrination.

Would it not be wonderful, if people remembered how to think. Instead of letting others do the thinking for them. 
In so called western democracies, people have been indoctrinated to the point of voting against their best interest. Leaving over a period of time, a zero choice situation, good old Tweedledee Tweedledum, politics.
