Thanks for a great article

Great article here. It really says it all - not much to add. 
I guess I am surprised, that anyone is surprised about the election and its aftermath. The results could have been easily predicted before the first vote was cast. In every race that I watched - local, State, and national - the victor was the candidate with the most money in the campaign coffers. 
During the campaign there were plenty of clues as to how the Obama Administration would function.
