Dead Justice

The system of justice in United States of America is dead!!Its pretty shameful. I wonder why the people there donot raise their voice? Are they a party to the crimes done by their nation to the self-proclaimed "terrorists" or "enemy combatants".I think this is prime example of  
"guilty until proven innocent"!To most even the chance of proving is not given. There names and religion automatically indict them. This is racism at its worst!
