ME nations: "Cut oil for Peace"

Great idea gollywog, for Muslim (and other) nations to "Cut oil for Peace", QUOTE: "\" All oil production will be cut by 20% each day until all hostilities have ended,all foreign troops have withdrawn from Palestine and a combined Middle Eastern Peace keeping force is in place to protect the civilian population.\"  
 
I'll do my best to promote the idea round the world - the US will continue to veto for Apartheid Israel at the UN but doesn't have veto powers over oil supply (except in Occupied Iraq).
