Further, the 21st century \"annual death rate\" in deaths per million of population is 0.5 (Israelis from Gaza missiles) as compared to that in Western countries and Apartheid Israel of about 10 (death at the hand of an acquaintance or relative), 100 (from motor accident), and 1,000 (from tobacco smoking).
