Colonel Wright Should Know Better

I used to have a lot of respect for Colonel Wright, but she should not let herself be used as a propaganda tool. As an Army officer, she should know enough about depleted uranium to know that there was no logical reason to use an anti-tank munition against an enemy that did not have a single tank. Mads Gilbert is a propaganda tool; he made the claim of DU; there is not only not a shred of evidence to support the claim, but similar claims made by Hezbollah and its sympathesizers and perhaps by Mads Gilbert himself in Gaza in 2006 were found to be false. The UN Environment Programme carefully investigated each of the claimed 32 sites in Lebanon and did not find evidence of uranium metal at any of them. Colonel Wright, I do suggest that you read it and then retract that part of your claim - I suspect other aspects are false as well so it would do well for you to do some actual research instead of parroting Hamas and its friends.
