Banning Galloway Mocks Canada’s Criminal Code? 
 
I have the appeal letter from George Galloway's only lawyers to the goverment. The only reference to anything close to "free speech"..states this 
 
The refusal to let Mr. Galloway enter Canada to speak infringes the freedoms  
under s.2 of the charter of those within Canada who want to attend and listen to him 
 
So they are saying its infringing Canadians rights to listen to him....so for example, someone gets stopped at the border for any reason, delays him from getting in..gee i don't know for not looking right (it happens.. and that person had a speech for 12-1pm...and the people waiting didnt have a chance to hear him cause he arrived at 5 pm.....that would also (infringe their rights)..but its a moot point.. So they are saying until they prove otherwise they think he's clean he can't come in. I dont call that mocking the law i call that people confusing the issue that its a free speech issue because its really shameful...because any lawyer in Canada well tell you otherwise.. It was a smokescreen all along and people ran with it. This Galloway has been investigated several times, even close to conviction..or doesnt anyone know that??. The only reason he wasn't convicted for the oil for food program is because he won't disclose his bank accounts (which he doesnt have in England). The kicked him out of parliament for 18 days because of this and was also even kicked out of his own party. The insanity of all this is if you saw a guy smoking crack on the Anerican side (but werent exaclty sure it was crack)....you dont let him in. You can't arrest him but can't let him either...you can tell the US side that he was but if they dont find it...they cant charge him either...George himself could soil his own pants and they could stop him from coming in....so until they prove otherwise he hasn't stop soiling his pants he can't come in. It's really crazy that people are going on and on about free speech and the very lawyers who are supporting him arent!. There is only a reasonably expectation someone was involved with funding terrorism , not an absolute proof..(the burden of proof is lower than you think).. they dont haven enough to charge him with at this point (that will be Englands chance if they got the guts). OJ Simpson killed 2 people, he was charged and wasn't convicted....but he had to pay a wrongful death suit (the burdon of proof was lower). Don't blur the fact that this man gave money to children...that is a noble thing to do (who wouldnt want to)..the thing is he handed it over the very people that abuse them!!. Has anyone seen what they are teaching their children..and encouraging them to kill on film??.nobody??..and the fact they want all the Jews dead..this doesnt atleast concern you...??..if it doesnt than give a bunch of child abusers here money for charity and expect them to give it to children..this whole thing makes me sick.. He doesn't care about them..if you cant be honest with the very people you are handing the money over to (the absuing goverment)..than why bother (why worry they might kick you out , kill you?)...when you hand over to money for a charity you dont give it to goverment thugs and say right on camera "revolution to victory"...thats sick more of those children will die..thats just plain evil. So nobody's rights in Canada's were infringe it was the children of Gaza's rights that were infringe and too we be more honest with ourselves..they will continue to be....this world has gone nuts..
