The current laws have only endorsed legal terrorism against non-violent citizens by enforcing laws which were created to limit competition of early American industries,which has now led to legal discrimination against millions of unregisterable medical marijuana users living in states with no laws. 
 
Just because there are no laws in some states about medical marijuana use, it doesnt' mean there are no people who use and benefit from this healing plant in those states. Why can one American who is sick use a medicine in one state, but another American is a criminal? 
 
One plant per year vs trillions of dollars spent control nothing but job security for a few thousand.
