Just another excuse to steal from others. We all start from scratch in life.  
Why dont they work hard and make something of their country? 
That's what everyone else does. 
They will steal the wealth from the "have's", and when it runs out, then what? 
Invade the country next door and steal their wealth too? 
Or how about using the UN to share(steal) the wealth of the rich western democracies? Stealing more and more from others. It never ends till everyone is dirt poor except the ones on the very top. 
That so called communist 'share the wealth' stuff has never worked, and will never work. 
It's been tried many, many times throughout history. Long before Lenin.  
Only hard work, along with a climate of freedom, and very low taxation brings prosperity.
