In a Nut-Shell

Yes, that\'s it, in a nutshell. 
What is still more disgusting is: 
a) the whole question of election fraud in Iran is unsubstantiated (by contrast with the alegations against the Bush election of 2000) and probably initiated by the opposition at the prompting of the CIA and as part of a planned campaign. 
b) People shot and killed at Iranian demonstrations, alegedly by Iranian riot police, may well have been killed by infiltrators - the situation bears striking similarity to the events of the Venezuelan attempted coup of 2002 (See The Revolution Will Not Be Televised) 
c) the amount of inflamatory media in the west that is obviuosly intended for consumption within Iran is apalling 
d) capitalism has acquired such VAST wealth in the west by corruption of government, avoidance of tax (and so of corporate capitalism\'s share of the cost of infrastructure), a plethora of schemes for transferring public money into private coffers such as Aid, Devence and Bailouts that it now has democracy firmly in its pocket by lobbying, ownership of the corporate media (and therefore \"free speech\"), corruption of politicians, secret service and law enforcement. 
 
The whole social, political economic system, not just in the US but in the west generally is so debased that the people subjected to it are beginning to exhibit a collective insanity - a prelude to collapse of a civilisation. 
 
They are bored, paranoid, obsessed with their perceived social and economic inadequacies and frustrated by their exclusion from the processes that determine their lives. They live perpetually between their rage and anger at a system that exploits and abuses them and their feeling that they are powerless against the overwhelming might of the state; the only safe response is to retreat to a numb world of ignorance and routine. They are like parrots in cages that have picked the feathers from their arses so obsessively they are entirely bald. 
 
It\'s a tragig degradation of humanity. 
 
Send the intimidators after THIS commentator - I\'d have a LOT to say to a jury.
