Avoidable US infant deaths

MWC NEWS Readers - the Ruler is responsible for the Ruled and is formally held to that responsibility by the Geneva Convention and other human rights conventions.  
 
As of April 2007 and as determined from UN Population Divsion and top medical literature data (employing non-Orwellian arithemtic i.e. 2 plus 2 = 4) , the Bush Administration is responsible for excess deaths of under-5 year old AMERICAN infants totalling about 0.12 million and post-invasion excess deaths in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories totalling 1.0 million and 2.4 million , respectively (mostly Women and Children) and of which about 0.45 million and 1.7 million, respectively, have been under-5 year old infants. 
 
A fundamental human law is "thou  
shalt not kill children" but that is exactly what the Bush Administration has been doing both at home and abroad on an appalling scale. 
 
The Bush War on Terror is in harsh reality a cowardly War on Women and Children, a War on Asian Women and Children, a War on Muslim Women and Children, a war on Aran Women and Children, a war on non-European Women and Children - and also a war on AMERICAN Women and Children.  
 
Those who knowingly deny, ignore, excuse, minimize, obfuscate, support, advocate or are otherwise complicit in the horrendous abuse of Women and Children (or indeed of anyone) have crossed the line between decent humanity and barbarism.
