He must have been counting the un born offspring of all the passengers and crew members. The article brought out the numbers of people who have actually died as a result of this war on terro as well as some other really horrible losses of life. It seems to me that the author is dismayed by an attiude that conveys the opinion that its only terrible when (we) die and just business as usual when (they) die.
